The organising team needed to coordinate research submissions and reviews while keeping authors and delegates informed about the programme and hybrid participation.
How we helped
We brought abstract submissions, author guidance, programme resources and delegate updates into Rhodex. Authors could find submission instructions and templates, while delegates could return to programme updates and virtual joining information.
What this made possible
The conference had a shared home for its research workflow and participant information. Authors and delegates could find the guidance they needed without relying on separate document exchanges.
